Friday, Sept. 8: Free Movie at La Grange Public Library

Diversity Days 2017 will begin at the La Grange Public Library with pizza and a free screening (and discussion after) of “I Am Not Your Negro”, a 2017 documentary based on author James Baldwin’s writings about his friendships with three major civil rights leaders—Medgar Evers, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King Jr. The film is rated 98% on RottenTomatoes.com.
